SOAR Charter Academy is a public education facility and is a 100% tuition free.

We are very excited about this wonderful new choice for your child’s education. A place for children to receive an outstanding education, as well as, empower children to make choices that will make San Bernardino a safer, cleaner, and enriching place for all of us. We need to raise them with the problem solving skills necessary to make changes in our community.  It starts with you, as parents, taking the first step to learn about opportunities like this for you important and your child.

We are now accepting pre-enrollment applications for the 2009-2010 school year in grades K-4. The deadline for applications is 4:30 p.m. April 10th. Applications turned in after this date will not be placed into the lottery.  They will be placed on a waiting list on a first come first serve basis.
